Intention.

Heart is where your action lives. If your only action is in maintaining figures, then where is your heart? If your action is in doing mind and body altering substances, then, where is your heart? If your action is in maintaining community, bringing health to the world, and creating peace, then... where is your heart? Actions speak, and words can only describe a fraction of what actions inspires and intends. Sometimes our actions are limited to family, and for others their work (extremes), and yet some would prefer to disconnect and their actions are exploring the world to find themselves... where then is their heart? Silence too is an action, and when silence speaks for you, where then is your heart? What is its intent?
